Is it time to revert Graves E back to when it had MR now?

The jungle meta changed a lot and the last smokescreen minor buffs didn't help him at all as hes been sitting at super low win rates for such a long time. I understand that the reason he was nerfed to oblivion was because of his ability to tank and dish out a lot of damage while going durable items ( ) but now with the Q changes making his base damage atrocious and high AD scaling, it forces him to go full lethality in order to deal damage which leaves him extremely squishy without the old E.

Graves is a champion that needs to get close range in order to dish out his damage which leaves him extremely vulnerable with lethality build. I'd like to know Rioters thoughts on Graves and if they have any plans to make him viable without making him the 1v9 monster he was in season 6.

Honestly my thought is that they just give Graves his MR back, with the way the meta is with supports super protecting their hyperscaling 2-3 items powerspike adcs (cough ) Graves can barely survive teamfights before reaching the backline. I'm open to any suggestions and such as Graves honestly was the most fun jungler I ever had the chance to play.
