@Rioter Extremely simple Buff that would make Elise viable again

Give her 8% attack speed level 1 to compensate for the machete changes (just like gragas nocturne and pantheon).

Yes it's true the 4% human form Q nerf was massive but elise problem is pretty much how useless she is before level 3 and how slowly she gets there, especially in a meta where most junglers are able to pop off at level 2. Also possibly in order to make her river dueling/ganks a bit stronger give her 6% max health damage on human Q instead of fully reverting it to 8%. I would still be fine with just the 8% attack speed level 1 though as it would be a great lifestyle buff for the spider queen.
