I mean...we have what 5 Dragons in Rift
And Herald and Baron on other? Why not add a third for that top area...hell make it spawn about ten seconds after Baron defeat and remain there for a good 3 minutes (time debatable just an example)
Instead of giving a buff, killing it removes the Baron Buff of the enemy team. Make it a thing where the team who killed baron be aware that the game can be turned on them if the enemy starts going for it. SO they either have to kill it, kill any enemies that try to take it, or hope the enemy team won't have time to go for it.
It at least allows potential of turning the tables of a snowballed match. Rather it be breaking the baron buff or forcing the one team to deal with it/make sure other team doesn't get it.
P.S. And yes, everything on how it looks and fights remain. Even the dancing :D
