  1. dodge it?

  2. use mobility to counteract it?

  3. respond in a pinch with QSS or the like?

How do you Counterplay cc as anyone?

Positioning, deciding when is a good time to engage, dodging it using blinks/jumps/sidestep, Mercurial Scimitar, vision control (i.e. wards), etc.

Basically, use your brain a bit.
