I'm starting to think ELO hell exists...

I never thought I'd say this but I think I'm in ELO hell.

Teammates flame each other in over half my games. Nobody listens to reason. Every game is a clown fiesta and if you don't join in your team tells you you suck.

I end up with a feeder on my team about a quarter of the time. I don't mean a bad game I mean a legit feeder, like sions who ult into their base alone or people who tp into 5 of them by themselves or people who just keep it simple and run it down mid.

Every other game I have a feeder who does it unintentionally. These people are heavy as fuck.

Getting kills and assists is the primary method of getting gold. If I try to farm and stay safe it's very very hard to win. The enemy team will be able to keep up or surpass me in gold because of all the kills they get fed despite my massive cs lead.

People head into ranked sometimes without knowing what skills to max or how to use their champs. 3/4 of my last 4 games had at least one player who was playing a champ in ranked for the first time. Is it too much to ask for teammates who know how their champs work?

Carries walk around aimlessly post 30 minutes. Getting people to group is impossible, I have a better chance of getting people to group by praying to Cthulu rather than asking my team to group.

Tanks and even supports that think they're tanky initiate without paying attention to their teammates' positions. Nobody peels, everyone wants to dive. And of course, these people are never at fault. It's always the team's fault for not following up, even though we're down 5k gold...

People engage 4v5 without their adc or mid and flame their teammates for going back to buy. Like what? Do they expect me to not buy this bloodthirster/rabadons before the next teamfight?

Supports build sightstone and never use it. Supports commit suicide in lane every single game, whether it's my support or theirs.

It honestly seems like the only way to win is to pick a skirmisher and join the clown fiesta. Good rotations, calls, and farm don't have a place at this elo. Just pick a fighter and jump in, hoping you come out on top because that's how 90% of people play and if you don't then you'll be behind in gold.

People play like kills>kills>kills>morekills>cs>objectives. People act like if there's an enemy on their screen their only choice is to hit it.

If I want to get a dragon or herald or baron I have to start soloing it before my team responds. 2 games ago we had a free baron for over 10 minutes but people kept running around doing their own thing. Eventually I said "fuck it," ran to baron by myself while their jg and 2 others were dead and I started to auto it before my team listened. It was literally 1/2 dead and I was down to a few hundred hp as the adc before my team decided to help.

Does anyone else feel this way in mid gold? Is this ELO hell? Am I just bad? What do I do? How do I get out?
