Change the Drake that Flys at the start

Currently at the start of games the "old" Drake Flys outside of the map starting at Blue spawn to top lane, the Drake needs to be swapped with the first spawaning elemental Drake so it actually makes sense (sorry if there is any autocorrect I'm typing this on my phone)

it's a little easter egg bout the old drake memories man it's better to stay the same.

It's existed there since the old Drake was added I think riot has just forgotten about it
