Thresh Movement speed?

Wilyum··1 votes·1,312 views

So Thresh gets like 475 movement speed with mobi's and just walks around in the minion wave at super speed. Is this normal? Or is there some weirdness going on. For whatever reason my ADC's don't seem to realize he is moving so fast walking right towards them and always get hit by his point blank hook.
