Is there anyway I can know if someone I reported gets banned?

As the title says is there any way I can know for sure the person I reported gets banned? The player was support and gets into pregame lobby doesn't choose to indicate who they play, so that champion gets banned. They flame the person who banned it in pre-game. Get into the actual game and says "stfu or I will afk", proceeds to go AFK. I was jungler and they were playing morgana, they just go around and try to take as much jungle farm as they can, hug lanes for xp, and just stand around the map randomly. After they said they would go AFK they did not say anything else in game. We ended up almost pulling through as a team but ultimately lost. I have heard you do not always receive the notification when a player you reported got banned. Is there any way I can know for a fact that this player got banned? They cost me 21 LP and 30 minutes of my life. Even if this was a one off thing it should still be bannable right? I want to know they get punished.

The system is a fucking joke. Got into LoL just recently after a year of absence, played for less than a month I got autofilled which is already a problem as you are being forced to play something you dont for 20+ minutes (which in my case was 40min). I told my team that I don't play support, I don't like playing support, it was my first time to play that support champion and that I was autofilled. I was in for a boring session, then jungler started flaming, all game, and not just me, but my random ADC. He would even make up excuses when we were doing fine. Anyways, bored out of my mind, doing okay in the game, and being harassed, I break down and start being toxic again. 1 game later, 10 in game chat restriction for saying "I don't like my ADC (as he was beginning to troll) but I'd marry him than play another game with you on my team".. the other guy who flamed me, and the team.. Never knew if he got any punishment. Thinking of going to DOTA honestly.. I am punished by being toxic towards people who are toxic and Cannot give information to my good, willing teammates in future games, in for 10 games of most likely losing, 10 games 20 min on AVG. Minimum of 200minutes of not having fun.

Many people already answered but, you get a little notification (sometimes?). AND BOY IS IT SATISFYING WHEN YOU SEE THAT MESSAGE. Zed

Check their profile every day or two until the games stop, if they stop.

you can recieve a pop up saying they did, for chat based offenses there is no definite way, or you can check to see if they stopped playing for more then a few days, but only if it stops for a minimum of 7 days.

See how often they play. Check op.gg every once in a while if you really care that much and see if they have a large spree of inactivity. If you see them not playing for 14 days you can conclude they got banned.

You will get a little message that pops up and say "A player you report was punished."

I guess checking their match history to see if theyre still playing can clue you in. If they played games, obviously they didnt get banned. If they dont play games, theres at least a chance that they got banned. Its not definite, but I think its pretty petty in the first place to get all in their business like that. Just move on man. Its a video game.

Sometimes I think Riot actually pays these people to go in your games and troll you. I honestly don't see any other way I could get the same kinds of people trolling me and basically making lane almost impossible to play in and they never get banned. I mean they even flame me more than I flame them and they get 0 punishment. Meanwhile I always get banned right after a game with these people as if they are literally sitting on a ban button at home even if I've gone multiple games without saying anything to anyone. It's basically a troll system and I think riot does it on purpose after you've had some kind of restriction to "test if you're really being good". It's a seriously disgusting system and it needs to be fixed. This game sucks anyways so who really cares lol. They're basically killing their player base and it's going to cost them a lot more in the long run but they only care about lining their pockets in the here and now.

You could watch their match history and see if they continue to play games.
