Remove flash it's a must have summoner spell that everyone gets.you know what?get rid of all summoner spells.and then just give "compensation buffs" you guys said it your selves mana pots make it hard to balance because on a few champions they were good and on other they were worthless.flash is the same way champions like shaco don't even take flash. (Ps.im half serious)

It might be Completely OP and still be skill based. it could have a 100% pick rate and still be skill based. Skill based has nothing to do with pick rate or balance. Yasuo right now is complete BS but he is still skill based.

Anomander1 votesI am not saying it is. I am however stating that pick and balance has nothing to do with skill base. Mana Pots were nothing more then a crutch. Buy a few at the beginning to get me to my mana item. This is all they were.
there are a lot of things that are unbalanced especially right now in preseason. However Flash is possibly the most balanced thing in the game............Considering the CD you have to make very strategic decisions of weather to use it offensively or on the defense.
Save it for a Flash ult or dodge the flash ult. Dragon/baron steal. There is more strategy in flash then in almost any other ability in the game.
