jungle i hate how riot handled the meta.without the stacking devourer item theres no point in playing those champions in the jungle and honestly i have seen more
build
than actualy junglers building it.the rageblade rework was such a fail....

What Riot did not want is the free bonus-hit and the on-hit damage to be the same item. Which was what made them OP in the first place.
