SOLO QUEUE BACK IN S7!?

http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/competitive/riot-pls-ranked-pls so according to riot a solo queue system will be implemented in challenger. and a solo/duo queue system in diamond/masters in the next season. i would like to say that riot is approaching the problem wrongly again thinking that the "community" are the streamers,it was obvious from all the social media covering this game that players from all tiers want a solo queue to exist in the game,and not just diamond/challenger players. is riot just using this new system to make the 90% left of the community accept dynamic queue? appaerntly according to riot emploees rank integruity applies only to diamond players i guess from plat and below our rank isnt worth anything. TL;DR:1.riot is using this system so that streamers will like the queue and praise it and the solo players from plat and below will still suffer in an unfair competitive system. 2.plus more boosters for people who want to be diamond and dont want to play against premades. 3.everyone who doesnt like the queue will be called a noob who cant climb the ladder. 4.rank integruity only applies to diamond+ players?
