Can we get some kind of system that allows us to vote and report someone who is trying to troll in champ select ?

To add to that point, there's a guy that got to masters (!) by doing just that. There's also a D2 Ahri ADC main out there. Literally anything is possible. Is it ideal? Probably not. But if they're good enough and know what they're doing you can expect to have them carry you into the promised land.

Kog And Balls1 votesRiot will likely never implement a system that would allow people to vote kick players in champ select. Obviously we all occasionally lose to players who are tilted or just want to sabotage games, but that will always be the case as long as League has a player base.
Instead of allowing teams to constantly snuff out off meta picks or "trolls" I would rather have the timer for surrendering be lowered or outright removed as players should not be locked in games they don't want to be in for twenty minutes when the average game usually only lasts thirty minutes.
