Ive barely fought any akali's but got her recently, second time playing (first time playing was very long ago with free champ rot) I had no idea how I was killing people so fast at level 2.
I'm honestly thinking shes broken because of just how fast she kills people and little time you can use to react
but hey im bronze 4 so I dont know really
Not overpowered at all I'd just say she is strong and and a braindead champion.
She is really easy to get into and do well with initially but her playstyle is so predictable, and so easy to anticipate that it works against her in a lot of ways. Everyone knows when to anticipate Akali roams, and every laner knows when to anticipate infamous akali all ins. If a team can deny her early kills, they can take away everything she is designed for.
Yeah, completely busted on top lane.
Riot gave her too many tools so she can survive mid and she ended up broken top lane vs most melees.

Yea, I would say it doesn't count if you are killing people at level 2 it is just your opponents being bad.
Akali should be very weak until 6. There should be no way to kill someone level 2. The enemy team should hopefully put you under before level 6, because honestly you should be quite weak. And if you are underfarmed you will be less threatening for awhile. At level 6, you hope your opponent doesn't know better. Then you should be able to get a kill. After that you hope to snowball. And a fed Akali (just like a fed anyone) can easily run away with a game. If you are getting fed at level2, then of course she seems strong. You are a dueling DrainTank, you won't die in a 1v1.
Either you kill someone really fast or they end up having endless shields that makes them impossible to kill in the game these days.
She's very strong but after 6. She is assasin with sustain

Not really.
She's pretty good early game. But gunblade and them your second item are your peak. Past that she begins to fall of pretty badly. Additionally, the current best way to play Akali is to hit 1.0 attack speed, and as such she's in sort of a weird spot.
