It stinks that the 4th shot gets less damage if you wait for stormraiders it punishes you for waiting

It also stinks that 
can't get Stormraiders without completely negating his passive, but I guess Riot only cares about champions people like.
It should have the petition: if the attack is going to be a crit it will choice the crit value of normal crit rather than stormrazor crit. Shaco passive alredy did this so implementing the code shouldn't be that hard.
Yas is a lot easier to fix than the bugged Jhin/Stormraiders interaction
