How do I deal with people who will just force rob lanes?

I hate having to deal with this, I go into a game and I call top immediately and start looking at what I should play (blind pick) then a guy autolocks and says "I'm going top deal with it".

I either have 2 choices, go into a role I didn't want to play in the first place or dodge.

Now here is the thing, I get that their are other roles that I can choose but the thing is I would have to wait a good 15-30 mins before I can actually play top.

But why do I get punished when I don't want to play a role other than top when someone forcibly takes it and knows they'll get away with it. Maybe im not seeing it and you can tell me how im wrong but why do I have to get punished for wanting to play a role.

It seems petty for a 5 min wait but it really gets on my nerves.

There are 2 more options. Play something else and play draft pick. I almost never have anyone take positions in my game so I don't see how this is such a problem for you.

Report it., say in lobby your reporting and request others report it too I think it's better to still take the role you called, else you encourage the behaviour if it's very clear you called the pos. if it's not clear and they're polite, consider changing your pos.

Since you called the role first, ignore them and go to the lane anyway. They can deal with it.

Report them after game.
