Does about the same amount of damage, if not more in certain scenarios. She stickier, has more options of what to do in fights, and isn't just "qewr" anymore.
They did a good job on the rework and kat is a good champion.

The old one is just faceroll and not much skill, but with the new one, it really adds a test to your general mechanics and reaction speeds.

I'd say it tests your preparation speeds :/
Although the simple combo still exists, not quite as powerful as a longer one but faster.
