Why is everyone saying the new Ryze breaks the game???

because TF isn't special anymore :(

its allies only, no skill involved, its a get out of jail free card for your whole team for bad play.

or alternatively you save it until after the enemy carry flashes and BAM dead carry.

the ult is more grossly overpowered than galio, tf, nocturne, amumu etc. its the single best ability in game. consider the sheer size, there had better be a delay cast to this like taric or its just bonkers.

Step 1: Charge ult for 0.5 to 0.99 seconds. Step 2: Charge ult with inside. Step 3: Watch as your ult procs almost instantaneously on the enemy team.
