Lissandra has a new passive

Iceborn - Rework NEW EFFECTS: When a champion Lissandra has damaged within the last 3 seconds dies they become a Frozen Statue, which slows nearby enemies by 30%. After 2.5 seconds, the Frozen Statue shatters, dealing X (+ Y% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies

This passive fits with Lissandra's theme, unlike her aa passive that hit PBE last year, gives her much needed damage, and it helps in team fights where she is suppose to excel at instead of just using her ult to delete one carry. As a Lissandra main I'm excited about this.

i haven't played Lissandra since Runes Reforged went live--not being able to run a runepage consisting ENTIRELY of scaling HP to mess with my midlane opponent really took the novelty out of it for me.

her winrate is actually quite high amongst folks with a lot of Liss games under their belt--super-underated champion and a lot of fun to play.......i would have preferred Riot try to balance her around being rewarded for landing multiple Q's, though, and maybe giving her some sort of fun, wacky utility-based passive to help mess with people even more or something hehe xD

She needs mana changes if shes gonna get a new passive but i like it, as a lissandra player (like my 6th most played champ)

I wonder if her Passive will have a cooldown or a single target cooldown for each enemy it get's used on.

she is still weak in 1v1 and this passive doesnt adress her issues i hope they change her base kit

One thing i want is to remove the delay from her ult. Every time i try to ult a fizz under tower that bastard gets away with the W. It's getting annoying

Tested the new passive, from my experience i can tell it's really too slow, the thralls are not mobile enough like the twin shadows (which is something i thought they'd be similar to). You really need to face dumb opponents that have no idea about teamfighting and stand still while autoing without paying attention to be hit with that passive.

maybe a minor adjustment to her mana to compensate but the idea is nice. Maybe works on neutral targets as well like Baron.

While i really love the idea, im a bit worried it might be too powerful and take too much of her power budget. She is essentially leaving by a version of her self-ult behind every time she participates in a kill.

time will have to tell, but my interest is exceedingly peaked to say the least.
