I personally think that how much IP you win or lose should be affected by your performance.

For Example: set 20 as the base win/loss IP amount. Factor in the average MMR of enemy team, +/-5 if higher or lower, no adjustment if even. Player ranking of S+ through A- should increase your reward or reduce your penalty by some amount (like 20% or something), B+ through C- Should be no adjustment. If you score lower than C- on your performance, it should reduce your gain or increase your loss equal to the % of the bonus for doing well. (20% for my example.)

I feel like most people would simply fall into the no adjustment category, but you would certainly feel rewarded for doing well, and feel a little bit better knowing the guy who went 0/15/2 is going to lose more points than you did.

Everyone has bad games, and everyone has great games. Consistency would win out and I think it would help to move people closer to their skill levels faster.

EDIT: As a general reminder, all numbers in my example are just made up on the spot. please dont comment with critiques on my numbers :P

Hello. I'll try and help you out. It looks like you are a supp main. It can be difficult to advance in the rankings in such a role, but supps can make some pretty bad ass plays, and peeling is something of a lost art in lower elos. This is my subjective opinion but I would stick with Thresh, Janna, Ali, and sometimes Leo as your supp mains. I am not a big fan of trundle support and Sona, while having ungodly poke and kill potential, is lacking in late game cc.

I would pick different items for Janna. AP and CDR work really well on her item 3504 item 3158 item 3165 item 3092 You should not be building tanky as you have excellent peel for yourself and your carries, and you should be hanging out in the back normally (but not always). I don't play Ali that much but there are probably some good guides out there on lolking or other websites.

You should be confident in your item build, masteries, runes, and leveling up of the correct abilities. Do not engage and leave your ADC or AP carry behind you without any peel. Mind your surroundings (Bruce) and know how the opposing team wants to get to your carries and don't let them. Peel is extremely frustrating to the opposing team.

Edit: While outdated in terms of patches, here is a guide that really helped me with Janna http://www.lolking.net/guides/246584

2nd Edit: Oh and don't make the same mistake you did last season. Stick to a limited number of champs you can really play well. While you should know what every champ does in terms of playstyle and abilites, you should really limit your ranked champ pool to no more than 10 or 15 champions until you really start to climb.

I don't have all the information but just from looking at your KDA's I'd say its because you die a lot? The issue is you play Support in the majority of your games so KDA doesn't really mean anything. Its not how many times you die as a Support that matters but how you die, so just by looking at that page I don't think anyone can give you any advice other than try not to die. Also Wards.
