think about it. its an instant stun lockdown, granted their immune, but if this was veigar's E well u could decide to run like hell if he's in trouble, or you can try to time your W so it lands JUST as it wears off, along with following up with Q and ult.
So, a normal ability should be on part with an ultimate?
So give Veigar the most overpowered non ult in the game? if you put someone in the middle of it they can't escape without a dash/jump/blink or a flash
I see what your getting at, but by making Veigar's e a strictly worse version of Bards ult. This is to further push Veigar out of support and into mid or top lane, and personally I think that was a good idea. Veigar is stated to get buffs, but I think that they need to boost his q and w. They seem to be testing out giving him more range, as that is currently on the pbe.
