So you really hate healing that much riot? Honestly you should just remove healing from the game entirely at this point. Rework soraka into a shield champion.
Between "cannot be targeted" "cannot be healed" "grievous wounds"
What is the point of having a heal?
While you are at it, how about you remove lifesteal, and regeneration too?

Otherwise, Soraka's ultimate already removes Grievous Wounds before healing.

No it doesn't.
I just took 1 hour and 30 minutes play testing things on the pbe. If you have a health cost you will still lose hp. If you have natural regen/ regen ulti like mundo, you will still heal.
And it isn't anyone at 10% hp. It will not keep sion's passive alive. The target has to be specifically marked as "alive".
You also cannot qss the interaction.
It does however effect voidlings from the zz'rot portal.
Zorae422 votesI hope they change it so you can't regen while in it or hurt yourself with health costs. Then Soraka could get 2-3 no health cost heals on people outside of the zone, and then ult while at super low health for a really big heal.
I'm fine with Soraka ult not working while it's up, it's a cool interaction and she can already heal untargetable people with it.
Does it work on Heimer turrets as well? Or no because they aren't "alive"? Cause that'd be some ridiculous sieging power.

We actually didn't test pets past zz'rot portal minions, and those could still expire since they have a "health cost" to stay alive.
