Can we please make it so we can 4 man surrender at 15?

I've always been the kind of person who never surrenders and fights until the end, and it used to payoff. With how burned out everyone is on this game and with how toxic it gets, comebacks are basically impossible. When people are breaching tier 2 turrets at 15 minutes and are 20 kills up, there's literally no point of trying. I think one game this entire season I've come back from a deficit that large and it's because two enemies disconnected. There's always one asshole who doesn't want to surrender at 15 because they're salty, and are usually the worst player on the whole team.

Basically, since comebacks before 30 minutes are a thing of the past and 30 minute games don't really exist anymore, we need 4 man surrender at 15. I would say that 50% of games I lose feature 4 people trying to leave and one person being an asshole and keeping everyone there. It's a waste of time and honestly I've been playing League less and less because winning isn't very fun, losing is never fun unless it goes late game (which again, is a myth and legend at this point) and losing early game just results in being held hostage by someone trying to make his team suffer. Even if it's technically possible to make a comeback, if 4 people don't want to play anymore it isn't going to happen.

I'm on my last leg with this game. The gameplay isn't fun, my friends all quit last year when Riot refused to balance because of worlds and Ardent ran rampant, the remainder of my friends quit this year because when they try to get into it their MMR is still too high and they get fucked by people who have actually played recently. It's just a mess. I still enjoy playing alone but I'm done being held hostage and I'm done feeling like I waste all of my free time away from work and school. It feels like I flip a coin and lose my personal time with this game, and recently I'd rather be playing something else, 4 man surrender at 15 would help alleviate some of the more egregious hostage situations.
