I dont know if it's true or not, but I have seen many Rivens lately (Mid-high silver elo) and It's kind of frustrating b/c obviously it's Riven.
But did she secretly slip back into meta, or get buffed at all? Or is it just low elo kicking in and all that jazz?
Dunkrius2g1 votesThis Season really screwed her over. The removal of The Brutalizer really hurt her. The thing is that she has to choose to either get damage or cdr, while brutalizer used to give both, which gave her the biggest spike for her early game.
She is still good, although she needs to snowball to be good. I would love to say that she is in a perfect spot where she isn't overpowered or she isn't weak.
