STOP WITH FORCING US TO LOCK IN!!! LET IT LOCK IN WITH OUR INTENDED PICK IF THE PICK IS STILL AVAIL
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I don't mind it, locking forces you to stay awake and present at least 'till the end of the champions' select.
Not trying to sound rude but is there a reason so many people find it difficult to click a button? Is it that hard to just lock in?
The problem is there wasn't a clear BIG FLASHING UPDATE!!!!!!! That told players they NEED to lock in now. Most players barley read patch notes and could've easily Skipped over the fact. And it's barley noticeable in the actual champ Select that you NEED to confirm a ban (instead of just clicking somebody and it bans them) and that you NEED to lock in.
Even if you don't pick your champ then go afk to go pee or whatever, most people (like me) hate it because we like having every last second to change a champion pick if we want to, but now we can't 'last second pick' because we need time to also lock in.
It's an annoyance to force players to lock in. It's something that never needed to be done, and in my Opinion makes the whole "discussing picks" invalid. How do I know This? Nobody has time to Digest and complain whenever I pick a non meta pick (veigar top)
Fair enough, but there is a pop up during the champion select interface that tells you so.
I never got it ever :(

As far as I know there is a message that pops up every time you get into champ select telling you to lock in. The only way to remove the message is to purposely click the "do not show again" it doesn't need to be some huge message. It should be common sense. Again how difficult is it to click lock in?
It's not that it's difficult. It's just that it's an annoyance that's not needed. It hinders being able to actually strategize about picks/bans because it's less time you have now. You now have to PICK and CONFIRM the ban or pick. Meaning a last minute change of mind is out of the question now
If you're unable to manage this simple function , then the 30 minute wait should be the least of your troubles. Other than that WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
or you could stop being lazy and just click 1 time and POOF, you are locked in.
REK U IRL
After this 30 minutes is up I get to back into ranked and ruin 4 other people's night since I'm on full tilt now.
how about not being afk and connecting those 2 neurons in your head? is a simple click, nothing so metaphysically impossible.
YES IT IS!
There are so many special snowflakes on here that are all fat, pale, with vary degree of mental disability.
There is no way they're coping with that well.
I'm none of those things but if I forget twice then BAMMMM!!! 30 min. time out -10 lp!
But seriously won't someone think of the neckbeards with aspergers?! THEY NEED THIS CHANGE!
How to Lock In:
Come on, even a 1 month old baby knows this shit.
MORE BETA DOWNVOTES PLEASE!
Thank you Andrew. You said what I'm trying to say much more eloquently and without all the anger.
