how to beat pantheon?

i main fiora top and can beat anyone in that lane (including jax) but i am having real problems against pantheon. can sum1 give me tips on how to beat him

dont play as a melee autoattacker with low hp, alternatively bait out his shield passive and chunk him when he has CDs. This is how you trade with him, dont just rush him since he'll always out trade you. dont forget about his >15% crit and his Qs

armor and healthpots. He has to trade quite a bit of mana to throw those spears, so if your health outlasts his mana, he's pretty helpless.
