Adding a new type of CC ˝JITTERS˝

Hello everyone. I was thinking how we have so many champions that by lore or abilities toy with their target and make them feel uneasy, scarred or confused,so how we add some new type of CC to those champions? For those who do not know **JITTERS ** means to be uneasy or nervous or even make small quick jumpy movements.

JITTERS would always be delayed for 1 second. During this second it will highlighten 3 of the enemies abilities ( Q,W,E,R -Which would be displayed on the enemies screen) and then randomly switch them with each other( sometimes all 3,sometimes only 2 and leave the 3rd as it was) for X seconds.

The goal would be make enemies feel easy and jumpy. It would be hilarious in lower elos, while in higher players would need fast reflexes and recognition to make the best out of the situation. JITTERS would be more dependable on the enemies skill than just a debuff effect on them. They can still move freely and they are not forced to use abilities. They're just switched for a small time frame.

What'ya think? Would it be fun

Fuck no, nobody is going to want their abilities switched around in game. It might be an interesting mechanic, but it would also be toxic and annoying.

I'm a bit curious why this is considerate to be more toxic than a stun or silence? You aren't forced to spamm those abilities, you even see which abilities switched places, you can still move and use summoner spells. It would be bit annoying, sure, but so are all debuffs. I jsut wonder why a debuff would last max 3 seconds and is much softer than other,is soo toxic, but the rest aren't?

Aside from the random element to this effect, which could hugely screw over some champions (e.g. by whiffing an ult on a long cooldown) and not really affect others (namely spammy champions like Yasuo), the issue I take with this kind of CC is that it operates mostly by obfuscating gameplay, rather than by clearly conveying exactly how it's meant to disable you. While it's okay for the player to lose some agency in fights (that in itself has some severe limitations, though, and currently loss of agency happens too often), having the game feel unresponsive and unclear may not be the best thing to feel. In terms of gameplay niche, it also doesn't really seem to achieve a clear gameplay goal, besides being a less clear silence on some effects.

Well,it's meant to be a CC that relies more on how a person acts in the situation rather just getting hit by a CC on being able to do nothing. You cans till move and you're not forced to act. It's more how fast can I react to this? I mean, the enemy would be see which abilities switched places.
