Does anyone else think Talon's passive is unclear/unwhelming?

I've played several games with him, and I haven't felt "rewarded" for popping his passive. I know it gives me dmg, but i don't feel that. It's not visually loud enough, and I was expecting my target to "bleed out" while i walk away, like Riot said, but instead it's just an eency amount of dmg.

Thunderlords is noticeable, this is not in terms of dmg and noise

EDIT: Turns out im dumb, you need to AA

Yeahh you need to hit 3 spells and then cash it in with an auto. It's actually really strong lv2 combined with ignite. Sucks that you have to auto after 3 whole spells though

Like Xatos said, you have to auto after the 3 spells to proc it, but your W can count as 2 spells.

Also, the bleed deals a ton of damage. Seriously, look at the damage when you're in game. I've gotten it to well over 500 damage, which is insane.
