Vayne's W Silver Bolts Riot please
We all know Vayne and how strong she can be.She kills tanks faster than anyone else,Her W may reach 230 or more true damage,So here what was i thinking about:- Why dont you make her W deal from current health not maximum health It will be more like:- Every third consecutive attack or ability against an enemy deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the enemy's Current Health as true damage. (Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters)

JG? She gets merked every time a strong gap closing melee champ gets on her. Outside damage and sticking power/roaming potential , and some zoning strength, she's not all that. I even play her myself, oh and btw Guess who all has the highest ban rates in the TOP 3 besides

, they're both tanks , and Vayne is a counter, so she should be strong, especially in a meta where you can build against almost any form of damage, and get massive utility from it, but I guess you don't play with tanks much often though judging from your match history.

on their team I would have been in bigger trouble trying to carry, as Vayne's mobility and true damage counters me, just like it does
