Is pantheon in a bad spot?

I've taken a liking to the champ and wanna learn him. Is he worth learning or is he in a bad spot as a champion? I play him as a jungler.

Pantheon is a stronger top laner. However, he is definitely viable in jungle, though it can be difficult to farm early.

The reason Pantheon is so much stronger top is because of his early game. His infinite poke with his q easily gets opponents down to half health and if they don't back up, you can punish them hard with his dash stun and then his pokey sticks.

Electrocute or dark harvest.

I play him in jungle once in a while, his ganks are decent-strong. But he only has one gap close/cc move though. So usually in a gank I’d just cut off the enemy escape route and start throwing spears. Once they try to dash/cc me, that’s when I stun. And then E. and then throw more spears.

Thanks for the tip. I always stun them before the use their escapes because I am scared of them getting away.

IMO definitely electrocute, due to its insane burst compatibility, or dark harvest, to help pantheon in the late game

Im not sure about jungle route, maybe start red, lvl 2 gank bot or mid (depending on cc), and then im not sure.

Remember to only gank if enemy is hard pushing lane and your laner has decent cc (Like a stun or root) or at least a slow since pantheon has hard cc as well.

As for clearing camps, I am not completely sure what to do since I don't play Panth jungle, tho I'm thinking of doing it due to this post.

Electrocute against full squishy without real burst damage, Aftershock against champion with huge sustained damage or burst that you need to survive late game.

You pick attack speed for jungle clear , AD and the hp per level. Or AD first and second. I don't see why you don't like it. Unflinching is good and conditioning make aftershock stronger late game .

Pantheon is one of those super simplistic champions that can never really be left in a super strong spot because he'd instantly start facerolling everyone.

He is worth it, he is one of the most oppressive Champs in top lane but he is mana hungry,jungle wise he is really good with his point and click stun and he can gank at level 2 which is what the meta is now basically finally I don't think I have ever seen pantheon in really bad spot were he can't be played and his ban rate is low, I say go for it glhf

i think he isnt. cuz after 15 minh he's useless and if you do not win early youre useless. dont play him

Play him jg. Mobi, relentless hunter, skip almost all camps and perma gank.

If your team isn't bronze you should win in 20-25min max

I have this (Probably vain) hope that when he gets it, he becomes a Juggernaut. I mean, with all the things he has thematic-wise (He's basically Ares) and some of the Kit aspects (E Execute-like passive and so on) I personally think it could work, if designed right.

Pantheon is always in a bad spot. His kit's ancient design leads him to being a problem when he's allowed to be strong, and he looks like a potato with waffles for feet. I'm hoping he's on the VGU list behind Mordekaiser and Mundo.

I'm low elo but really don't see the need for a rework. His kit is GREAT. Clear strengths and clear weaknesses. His kit is also unique as a ranged/melee hybrid AD caster. point and click hard cc on a low cooldown? check. Reasonably spammable ranged damage that crits on low health? Check. E synergizes great with TBC and with his full combo. R isn't as bad as people make it out to be - mid/late game if you time and position it right you force enemy team to try to disengage or take a bunch of extra aoe damage.

IDK I love him and have great success with him.
