New Sorcery Rune Concept

Position : first greater rune of the sorcery path.

Arcane Addiction : Each time an enemy casts a spell nearby, gain 50% total resource regeneration for 5 seconds. Attack damage improves its duration by 1 per 100 bonus AD. Ability power improves its duration by 1 per 150 bonus AP.
