His burst has been so severely gimped. I reallly do not understand the reasoning behind these w changes, like are you trying to bring on-hit fizz back or something? Mid-lane fizz got hurt pretty bad with these changes.

It's aimed at being power-neutral, so if the changes prove to be a nerf there will most likely be some buffs for him coming.

IT IS NOT FAIR. It is obvious nerf.
20 to 100 damage + 80%AP on W,
Damage reduced: 40 to 160 + 120% AP , depending on W rank.
10 to 30 + 30% AP , you need to land 4 auto attacks just to be even, during the 5 seconds.
It is bullshit son, complete bullshit.
