Should your score affect your ability to surrender?

I feel like if you're feeding, your vote in surrenders should count for less. From personal experience, I feel like the people who are doing the worst (trolls included) are the ones voting no in a lost game. On the flip side, if you're doing badly and are feeling really discouraged, it'd be unfair if someone on your team was doing really well and was forced to surrender because everyone else was not doing so well. This might also help balance premade power if a duo queue were doing decidedly poorly, they couldn't hold the game hostage if their votes counted for less. But I'm just curious to see what other people's thoughts were on the subject. I know there'd be a lot of downsides with this too. Just stirring the pot for some conversation I guess.

Everyone is equals on the team. People that queue together are also individuals. Everyone has the ability to sway eachother through chat, premade or not, and if they decide to cast the same vote it is their right just as yours. If they are guilty of trolling is determined after the report review so there is no way to restrict their vote, someone can have a bad game and be restricted because of it.

I mean yea I think duo que/premades should only have 1 vote, that would make it better because premades either stomp or are just Gosh aweful
