To all the people who whine that they got unfairly banned/chat restricted

There are millions of people that play this game every day. Yet only a small handful of people get chat restricted and even less get permabanned. If millions of people can go their entire league of legends lives without even being punished, how do you even have the audacity to go on the boards and complain that "the system is broken" or "I only had one bad game I swear and it wasn't that toxic" or my all time favorite "a 4 man premade ganged up and reported me and I was just defending myself"

Riot does not look into the future and pair you up with trolls/afks/"toxic" people. There's no prisoner island. Nobody is out to get you. If the rest of the world can play this game without incident, maybe riot/your teammates that's the problem, the problem might just be you

Because the system is broken, it doesn't matter if you've actually done anything in the game. Anyone can report you for anything they want and the automated system usually restricts you, if reported consecutively or by multiple players in one match. I've had it happen on several occasions without even saying a word in chat, but I can receive death threats and whatever else under the sun and nobody suffers consequences when I report them. Half the time nobody on your team that witnesses a teammate being harassed/verbally abused doesn't report so they get off scot-free. There's an underlying problem with how this automated system is, you usually don't suffer consequences unless 4+ people report that individual now, which only makes it that much harder when you **ARE **matched with a 4-man premade. You can't say a word in chat or you'll get reported by all four, so the problem is both the system and the player IF the player really is toxic, which you don't know.

Simple, I've been banned 3 times, and I'm not toxic. All my friends agree with this. I have friend who IS toxic, knows he is, isn't afraid to admit it, and laughed his ass off when I got banned before him. He afks consistently, and once when he peaked in douche, we 4x reported him, 4 people from his friends list, reported him. Still not banned, not even chat restricted, 4 seasons running, and hes TOXIC, in chat, in behavior. But pls, keep that Lyte Yagami veil up.

There's far more than .006% of players trolling, especially Low Key Trolls.

4 of my friends uninstalled league when my first account got banned. "How the **** are they going to ban you when ranked is full of trolls and feeders, im done dude, uninstalling **** this game."

I only still play because of my female friends and wife. I hate this games community and moderators.

Because the system is broken and Riot lies about their stats (this is very well known). There's streamers/players out there who tell people to kill themselves in game, intentionally feed on purpose and don't get banned for 16 games after the fact and 16 games of extreme toxicity.

If everyone was allowed 16 games of extreme toxicity and feeding before being banned. That's 960 000 000 000 GAMES OF TOXICITY AND TROLLING. That's not even counting the AFK's.

You wonder why this game is rated the top 3 worst communities online of gaming? It's for reasons like that.

Because the system is pretty broken. Glad to see that you are a bronze player writing this statement. And below a 50% winrate. You are simply a contribution to the reason why people get angry. People like you play bad, and people who play average or above average just can't stand you, and you cannot be punished for simply being bad at the game, while retaliating and reacting is a bannable offense.

A few months back I trolled something like 25-30 ranked games in a row. I mean hardcore trolling. Playing Tahm Kench and holding people inside fountin kinda of trolling. Feeling bot lane 3 kills then eat flashing our ADC into their turret kinda trolling. Packing smite and spitting our jungle outta of xp range then smiting kinda trolling.

Guess what? No ban, no restriction, nothing.

2 Months later I get a bugsplat, restart the game, and my power goes out. I get LPQ.

So yeh the system is Borked as hell. I've trolling over the years hundreds of games, no report has ever done anything. Had a buddy of mind that had a bad game get a temp ban out of nowhere though.

You're over exaggerating numbers. It seems to be just about every single match or other match has a toxic player of some sort. So there is a huge portion that is toxic. Just not always reported.

Even this forum community is toxic, go look at all the thumbs down every thread gets on any section of the boards, even general questions and stuff get them downs. So yeah, a lot more people are toxic than you think, I see it every game.

I think that Riot can sometimes take things out of context when you get reported, but it takes a lot of reports to actually get banned. Last time I checked, it had to be a few games where you get reported. Not to mention, the number of people reporting you in one game is irrelevant; being reported simply tells Riot to review chat logs from that game you got reported in, and it takes several games before action is taken.

Can we also put a note in here, to tell them that it doesn't matter how much you pay Riot? If you're a toxic shit, then you're going to get banned, whether you spent $5 in rp or $5000 in rp. You still broke the rules and Riot has no obligation to you just because you paid them for some additional content. Also, no, you are not entitled to a refund; read the terms of service, because when you agree to them, you forfeit your right to complain about losing content for getting banned.

The millions of people incluse co-op bot players, aram only players, special mode only, etc. Change your statement to normal draft and/or ranks and you will see the report( and punishment) levels jump.

Its more funny you actually think the stats that riot posts are truthful. Its closer to 40-60% of people who play the game (actually play it, not bots, inactive accts etc) have been hit with a restrict or ban.

Honestly my longest time without restrictions has been maybe 4-6 months at max without ever getting a chat restriction I used to be one of those who didn't know how to /mute all and shut the F*** up when players were toxic in chat I always responded to it. ( Have yet to be chat restricted since the new system started actually looking at logs.)

But yes I debate with Riot my last suspension Only 5 days Left to go but 2 weeks ban for Intentional Feeding in a single game that was most recent when a player flat out role steal and made the game hard to play I tried to play it a different way and ended up dying like 14 times like 7-8 times to the jungle itself because of the troll ( I Fail to Understand how Riot Punish) behavior for Feeding, or (unsportsmanlike) when another player on the team causes huge issues and the game goes south hard.

I understand that because of another players actions a player isn't allowed to Troll, or be Toxic, and that is understandable if I had have been playing another hero or champion on League that had the ability to do better I would have likely done better anyways.

In cases like these two categories of Unsportsmanlike, and Feeding, I think the system is broken, the Chat Toxicity filter has gotten a lot better because of the way it works and can easily detect chat toxicity with a pre-set words list, but the other two need to be worked on for sure especially for a 2 week suspension for a game of feeding rather than just abandoning 3 other players and actually trying to do something even if it didn't work

I know Riot watches these boards because I read lots of posts here all the time and I would like serious information about how riot determines (Intentional Feed) and (Unsportsmanlike Conduct Reports) because I think these are based off number of reports.
