Getting matched with level 30's in ranked in the worst feeling

Seriously, you just KNOW they're going to feed or perform horribly. There needs to be some kind of a level gate in addition the MMR when matching players, its incredibly annoying. I just had one in my game and he was clearly lost and had no idea how to play even at level 30. We need to increase the level requirement for ranked.
