Seriously, who asked for Dark Harvest changes? If you want to nerf it on laners just nerf the amount of souls you gain from lane minions. I get some laners abuse it but that’s not a reason to gut the keystone, it’s pretty balanced right now.

Just remove it from the game. I'm sick of them bringing back this whole Feral Flare infinitely stacking bullshit.
Honestly, they aren't even nerfing it for laners, they are practically removing it from junglers.

It is still going to scale insanely hard.

That said, a lot of people have been asking for nerfs. It scales super hard and it adds way too much burst in the late game.

im pretty sure they wanna open it up to laners but they're making it so much worse than electro that it might just never be used
I do not know the motivations for this but if it is only a few champs abusing then imo look at those champs. A lot of effective off-meta hybrid builds depend on dark harvest to carry a real and reliable threat.
