I dont find a reason to ward against hecarim

Okay I don't get it so how am I suppost to counter a jungler when there charging at me at level 3 with 500-600 movement speed. By the time that I see that he is there hes charging at me and then my enemy laner gets a free kill. So I walk back to lane shake it off start farming under tower,But then hecarim comes back and this time he got back this time hes at 900 movement speed charges me under tower gives my opponent a kill while I get nothing because he is tanky enough. And then this same thing happens the entire rest of the time I am in this match why is this aloud? [sg-shisa]

Warding the bushes next to your lane wont cut it. You need to get wards next to his camps so you can atleast tell where he is

You get a notification when he uses Predator. Back off when you see it
