Require Mastery for Ranked Please

This would be the simplest, most logical change ever - please require people to have at least Mastery 1 on a champion before playing them in ranked. It won't solve every problem, but it'll solve the "Oh a new champ came out and I've got 0 LP right now anyways so YOLO" issue, as well as frustrations with someone trying out a new champ because they drew supp, etc.

I don't see a downside to this.

Disable new champs in ranked for first 2 weeks is a lot better.

It's not meaningless; it would ensure that you've actually played the champ a few times before taking them into ranked.
