Add a "Trolling" Report Option
There are a lot of frustrating things that people do in-game that really irk me. Players being toxic with people on their own team, people going AFK, refusing to communicate - all the things that we can currently report for are super frustrating. What's more frustrating to me, though, is having two guys on my team willing to throw the entire ranked game on a whim to "troll" and get a few laughs.
Some context:
1st game of my series to get back into Silver III. Losing it isn't the end of the world; I've been bouncing between S5 and S3 all season long. I am 2nd pick and call jungle (my main role) and take it. 2 picks later, the last pick says "wait, I wanted jung. Give me jung or I'll AFK or feed", with our support Annie backing him up, regardless of how ridiculous it is. I picked Shaco, who's a pretty weak top laner (the role last pick drew for the game) so I told him to just suck it up and go top. He proceeded to pick Akali and take smite, saying "doublejung YOLO". I tried to play as I usually do in the hopes of him coming to his senses and realizing that wasting 30+ minutes of his time wasn't something he was looking to do, but he and Annie followed me around the jungle attempting to (and succeeding to 50% of the time) last hit all the jungle minions for the first few minutes, then they both went top together, abandoning the adc bot lane and leaving me way behind the enemy jungler. I never flamed them or anything like that and tried to stay patient, but eventually all chatted a request to report both of them so that none of us would end up queued with them in our next game - of course, the enemy team said that they'd be honoring them and "thanks for the free win guys, lolololol". Needless to say, we lost the game and I ended up losing my series after a helluva 2nd game that I wasn't actually all that upset about losing.
Here's the thing - I'm pretty good at working with people. I generally say "Teamwork OP" in the pregame lobby and offer to take whatever role is available and try to cooperate as much as possible to help the team win. Situations like this make it impossible no matter how positive 3/5 of the team is. I'm not sure if these guys ended up being banned or punished at all ("reporting does nothing rofl you're wasting your time"), but this is really the behavior that makes this game not fun at all for me, and I wish there were stricter things in place to discourage this type of behavior.
