Rageblade and Jhin not fixed?

Did they already fix the interaction with Jhin and Rageblade? I could not see anything about it in the patch notes.

For those that don't know what I am referring to: Jhin currently gets TOO much AD from the rageblade stacks (it has been confirmed by Riot to be unintended).
