Can I get chat restricted or punished for being passive aggressive in chat?

Okay i'm not going to lie, i've had my moments where I'm passive aggressive towards another player especially if they're doing something that's just blatantly bad or something along those lines. I'm literally scared to type anything in chat because I feel like unless i'm being extremely positive, i'm just going to get banned for anything I type. (i've been banned on my previous account for arguing in chat with someone.)

You can, but it's rare. Passive aggressive comments don't trigger the system and that's why everyone is passive aggressive. Much harder to ban somebody for saying "hey stop dying genius :)" than it is to ban "stfu play the game"

You could if you take it too far and start harassing someone. Nobody's going to care about one or two comments, but it could be a problem if you're spamming the chat with it it.
