Instead of having flexibility, it's a feast-or-famine, either great or garbage on your champ. If you're Jax, or possibly Kayle, you'll probably love it.

Meanwhile, the Lifesteal meta is overtaking the ADC scene so if you're lining out masteries for an ADC, go with Warlord's.

Are you Riven or Renekton? If so the new Fervour is pretty good. If not it's complete garbage.

overall weaker + big nerf for Onhit/non Crit builds and burst.

Honestly, I think it removed a lot of fun, silly on-hit builds. It crippled some champions that depended primarily on the on-hit component. It also made a lot of AD casters with large AD ratios to get kind of busted. It works especially well on Darius. In short, it's a huge buff for AD casters across the board whilst being a huge nerf for anyone who's extremely auto attack reliant.

RIP on-hit Braum jungle!
