[CLIENT] Can't take screenshots! Please help!

Up until patch 8.17 I could take screenshots fine, I have taken 432 screenshots as of now. But today, right after the patch, I am unable to take any more. The hotkey for screenshots was f12, and I noticed it stopped working when I pressed f12 and there was no brief lag (Usually whenever I take a screenshot, there is a momentary lag). I checked the screenshot folder and sure enough, I had not taken the screenshot. I did not change any settings either. I even tried using hextech repair tool to force repatch, and I restarted my computer, with no success.
