[CLIENT] All my custom item sets have a block that I didn't make and can't get rid of

I like having my own custom item sets, so I create empty item sets and put all the items I want for specific champions, but for some reason, all my item sets that I made have an extra block at the end that I didn't make. It's just a block called "Consumables" with a control ward inside. I didn't make the blocks and they don't show up when I try to edit the item sets. It's super annoying for me, because there are MY custom item sets and I don't want junk I didn't make in them.
