So I've been having literally 0 mana problems with Ekko

With my favorite mana-using mids, I can't get away without a mana regeneration/flat mana item. I simply must get one, or else I risk running OOM during crucial moments.

With Ekko, I just don't have that problem. Spam spam spam all I like and it never seems to get me dangerously low on mana. Seems a little silly. Like, ok, you decide not to give his ult a mana cost. That's fine, I guess, but if you're going to do that, shouldn't his regular abilities have high costs to compensate?

He has one of the highest mana costing spammable spells in the game, while at the same time having one of the lowest mana pools. Now, I am used to managing low mana pool champions and I do it fine with this champion; but you sound like you are being outright dishonest.

COST: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 MANA

"One of the highest mana costing spammable spells in the game" is a little more dishonest. It's less than Leblanc's distortion, Teemo's blind, Xerath's Q, and Orianna's W. It's the same as Malzahar's Q (at max, ekko is lower earlier) and only 10 more than Kassadin's Q at later ranks.

So it's not as low as Ahri's orb or Talon's rake, but it's pretty reasonable for a spam spell.
