Ashe's crit is changing... she crits off crit chance again

Frost Shot (P): Base slow reduced to 5/9/13/17/21/25% from 5/11/17/23/29/35% Dealing bonus damage with passive no longer "counts" as Critical Strike Ashe can now critical strike like normal. Rather than dealing increased damage, she deals 1.0 total damage and her slow is applied with double effectiveness at 10/18//26/34/42/50%. This decays to base amount over duration of slow. "Ashe's critical strikes deal no bonus damage but apply an empowered slow to the target."

Ah, didn't know about this change.

Still, this will increase Yasuo's already high strength even moreso, and make Trynd a lot more viable.

It'll probably be nerfed. It'll break Ashe, Yasuo, and Tryndamere early so hard.

Forgot to mention Pantheon too. basically any champion that has a crit mechanic built into their kit is going to become extremely overpowered because of this mastery.

Meh, not any champion with a crit mechanic. Pantheon is only when they're super low so he might get a lot of health off of last hitting minions, but someone like Shaco with a crit on Q probably won't be too bad.

However I still think Pantheon will be fine. I think it will be ~~Ashe,~~ Yasuo, and Tryndamere that will be the problems because they're literally focused on crit with ~~Ashe's crit every time after the frosting them,~~ Yasuo after he gets Brawler's Gloves and forward, and Tryndamere when he builds up his fury.
