So Volibear is in a bad spot right now and is outclassed by almost every other jungler

the reason they are doing this now is because Lee with a little extra power may see play in worlds, while volibear has no chance of being played no matter what they do to him besides Full VGU.

What? How? You are just bad if you can't carry with him.

Not to say Lee Sin isn't annoying, I hate him, but both Volibear and Udyr are extremely oppressive when strong. They're just stat checkers that you can kill when weak or can't when they're strong, which feels incredibly terrible for both the player and enemy.

True, with all the CC and anti-tank items that grant extra % damage and apply grevious wounds, there's no part of volibears kit that works. His Q barely makes you go any faster, his W takes 3 basic attacks to proc, and the only thing his E is useful for is helping his Q land because they're both terrible. ADCs can melt through his passive even if they don't apply grevious wounds and his ult depends on him being able to wail on his opponents with basic attacks which does nothing because the only way you will get the basic attacks off is if you build 100% tank.
