W is what makes her unique to other supports. It can help your ADC shove. If you're a

is strong. I do agree her passive needs to be reworked because it is clear someone was rushing through that part and thought of something completely random.

maybe karma, others don't help shove nearly as well as morgana without taking some cs.

To use her ult offensively you basically have to have stopwatch/zhonya’s. One of the only times you can use ult is when the enemy engages on you and your adc during laning phase and you have to kite back. When you use the stopwatch/zhonya’s + ult combo it is very easy for the enemy to walk out during a teamfight unless they are slowed or CC’ed.
Any higher elo morg main can correct me if I am wrong, but to me I think this was one of the reasons why she was getting a small rework. And this is a very good time for Riot to update Kayle and morg’s lores, visuals and other minor art stuff.
