Just drop your ego and be positive. If you have nothing positive to add, then just don't add anything. You kill your own team before the enemy does.

One of the worst times for me when was this little fuckin crybaby %%%% got told to group and he bitched out and had a fit threatening to afk if we didn't apologize. Mind you the dude was fed and was being a %%%%. So fucking swallowed my pride and told him what he wanted to hear... Was hard but it did it.
