An aoe ap explosion that has a 70% scaling (that works on towers no less), seems pretty good right about now, mix that with that damn ult of hers, and you've got a winner.
Personally, I think it's a clear-cut massive nerf to her, but I've been hearing a lot of other people voice other opinions.
