She deals more percent true, but it no longer has a base damage. She doesn't kill squishies as fast, and it's only really noticeable when you have a TON of health.

she had like 60 flat+8%, changed to 12%. not a big deal. if anything, it's a nerf to her squishy killing potential.

Even squishy champs have about 2k hp late game, so she is now dealing 80 instead of 60. It's a huge buff.

She lost a good amount of AD per level in compensation. This hurts her a lot if she can't stick to one target proc'ing silver bolts and has to continually change targets.

at 1500 HP it's back at full strength, and only gets stronger from there
